Once Every 15 Years, A New Busch Beer
Let it be bellowed from the highest mountaintops that Whisky Critic will consider the sweetest nectar as well as the lowliest slop…and speaking of the latter, Busch has produced their first new beer in 15 years and people are asking what they have done to deserve this honor. The new beer in question is called, enticingly enough, Busch Signature Copper Lager [take out that Busch part and maybe you could be coerced into believing it was actually a craft brew]. Busch Signature Copper Lager is a 5.7% alcohol content beer that is claimed to introduce roasted caramel to your taste buds. We’ll be the judge of that. Then again, maybe we won’t.
Busch Signature Copper Lager is soon to be the new value beer favorite in the American Midwest as the first shipments this month will only be going to 12 states – Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin – in three sizes [12-ounce bottle 12 pack, 16-ounce bottle six pack and 25-ounce cans].
