Now that's a guy who knew how to sell! I find it inspiring the way he did all that to get people more interested in his product. Quite clever, actually.

Thinking Of Getting Into Bourbon, Any Tips?

Taste is where it all begins. No one can possibly tell you enough about a drink to make you appreciate it without tasting it for yourself. Do that, and you'll know if it's something you want to pursue or not.

    Bourbon Same As Tennessee Whisky?

Thanks for the answer, FolkArtist. It's just something I was wondering about. I guess I already suspected that they were more or less the same I just didn't know about the distillation process.

    Allergy To Alcohol

Losing control is a sign not only of over drinking but of the fact that something needs to change. I used to lose control a lot when I was younger, and I'd get into all sorts of trouble - fights, accidents and all that, but now that I'm a little older and a whole lot wiser, that never happens...

What Is Your Opinion On Mixing Beer And Soft Drinks?

I hear you, Shine_Spirit. I think it's just safer to drink them separately for now. After all, they each do taste amazing on their own and at different occasions.

Your Thoughts On Hookah, Shisha, Nargile

I used to smoke only cigarettes until a few years ago when I realized that it was really starting to affect my health. I couldn't breathe properly and food just didn't taste the same anymore. Also I was experiencing a lot of unintentional weight loss, so I decided to quit.

Quick question for you guys. Is Bourbon considered the same as Tennessee Whisky? If it is, why is this so and if it's not what are the differences?

    Jim, Johnny, Or Jack?

I was happy to see from the vote that most voted for my favorite Jack Daniels. It was my first drink and has remained my drink of choice through the years. I love it and I'm sure I'll still be drinking it 50 years from now.

Do You Have A Favorite Whiskey Drink?

For me it's always whisky and coke. Nothing beats that taste and it's what I always crave. I will try new and different things every once in a while, but mostly I stick to my whisky and coke.

    Darker Vs Lighter?

I think that we've been conditioned to think that 'darker' is always better - from chocolate to whisky, and I also prefer the darker whiskies over their lighter counterparts. The taste is so much more refined, in my opinion.

    House Parties, Or Clubs?

I guess it all depends on your perspective. I think that it's more fun at clubs because there is less 'pressure' there and you can really relax and let go and not worry about people judging you. Also, when you're tired, you can just leave anytime and no one will be offended.

What's Your Favorite Drink To Order At A Bar?

I stick with the simple things. I like my whisky and coke. I'll allow myself to be coerced into trying a new drink every once in a while, and although there have been some really good ones in the past, I always keep coming back to my all-time favorite in the end.

    What Type Of Glass?

I'm surprised to hear that the shape of a whisky glass can make a difference to the taste. I have never been that selective about how I drink my whisky, but now that I know it makes a difference, I'm going to try and drink it from the appropriate glasses from now on.

    So, Does Age Matter?

I don't think that age matters that much. When it comes to tastes and what we like, a lot of us have different opinions on what makes a great whisky and some aged whiskies might taste worse than younger ones depending on who's doing the tasting.
