Yeah, we need food in order to survive and that definitely doesn't help the addiction, but one thing I've been trying to do is eat healthier. Even though I eat like crap a lot of the time I try to drink water and eat salads from time to time to maintain a balance.

Deleting those apps from my phone definitely helped my cause, because you usually have your phone on you when you go to the bathroom or when you're bored and it's easy to just waste time on social media.

Road trips are definitely a lot of fun as well, usually when we're on one we stop and camp for a little bit, make a fire to eat some stuff, explore the forest and in general have a good time in the nature. It sucks it's not in the cards for you at the moment especially since it's warm outside now.

As crazy as it may seem I'm not that addicted to alcohol, I like drinking it and it makes me feel good but I wouldn't go crazy without it. That being said, I do have an addiction for food which I try to control but sometimes it just doesn't work. I guess it helps me cope when I feel anxious. :D...

Am I the only one that doesn't spend that much time on social media? I usually just check Facebook for 5-10 minutes to see some updates then a couple of tweets and I'm done for the day. It's not addicting for me, but it's probably because I'm disciplined and I don't like wasting time. :P

Does anyone on this forum watch football (soccer)? I feel like it's one of the most exciting sports out there, the players nowadays give their all and it shows. Watching Champions League and the Euros right now has been a blast, a lot of underdog stories this year as well which was fun.

One of my favorite outdoor activities is camping, I just love getting away from the technology for a while and just connecting with nature. Fishing, making a fire, sleeping in a tent and living in the forest are the highlights of such a trip.

I actually don't care that much, although I like to purchase beers that are stored in bottles. It's "classier" as you said an it looks better. I also love collecting bottles. :D

Yeah, sometimes I add a little bit of whisky to my coffee (not when I have work or need to drive later that day though) and it definitely gives you a kick start for the day. It's an added boost to the caffeine really. :P

I've heard of Budweiser and Coors Light before so even here in Europe people know about them. Why are they so popular since they can only be found in US? Are those the obvious choice or something if you want a cheap beer?
