I don't think that I could stomach a flat beer. It's just like flat soda, yuck. The carbonation is what makes a good beer. If you're not able to finish a beer, just toss it. It's worth it to have a fresh one when you're craving another brew.

You know what? I changed my mind. The worst beer to me is Hoegaarden. That style of beer always gets me, every sip tastes like the leftover water after you boil hotdogs. Not that I've ever had that water - but I'm guessing you catch my drift. Uck.

I've never been a fan of cola, definitely not energy drinks. (I've never seen anyone mix whiskey with Redbull.) My go to has always just been ginger ale. Get a bottle of the cheapest stuff that you can find (Old Crow is a personal favorite) and dilute with ginger ale, that's what we always did.

She's right. You can pick up the green label for almost nothing. It mixes really well, and goes down as well as you'd expect a cheap bourbon.
