Diageo has doubled down in Dublin - opening a pair of bars in the Dublin airport - a cocktails-only bar dubbed Tailors Bar and, for the non-alcohol drinkers, an alcohol-free pop-up bar next to Tailors Bar which features non-alcoholic versions of some of the offerings at the Tailors Bar. Although Diageo owns many-a whisk[e]y in their expansive portfolio, they currently intend to feature only Roe & Co Irish whiskey on the Tailors Bar cocktail menu [along with Tanqueray gin and Ketel One vodka]
