I guess it's not only beer after whisky, but mixing any two different drinks is risky as people are saying. I am not sure why, and to me it gets the same anyway but I guess it does make some sense, since I know people getting a lot of headaches from it and stuff like that.

I am not sure really, I guess 16? I never liked the taste of it, its bitterness. But I drink it occasionally. It's a social drink so, can't really avoid it always.

I have never heard about the alcohol allergy but I suppose it does exist, since the water allergy is also a thing. So why not alcohol. But personally I don't know anyone that is allergic to alcohol (nor water in fact, but I've heard stories).

I guess that is true. I also believe that most people don't actually like that bitter taste, but it really does go well with some other combinations, as you said already salty food and something like that. That is why BBQ works well with beer. Anyway, I'd always go for something else.
