Yeah, people forget how much exercise we used to do when we were younger.I'm sure the people who drink a lot but don't have beer bellies either exercise or are more active in other ways.
In college I drank almost every night but had 6 pack abs. I even ate like shit at the cafeteria three times per day and pizza late nights.
After college I drink a few times per month but have a 2 pack set of abs.
What changed? I don't have lacrosse practice from 3-5 and then play basketball from 7-9 or 10 anymore. I am literally 95% less active.
Hell, I was eating two packs of ramen noodles after playing sports, then going out drinking, then eating pizza at 3am...I try that now and I'm out of work for three days Hahaha!
