Cotswolds Distillery in the UK will not be bottling their 2013 Organic Odyssey single malt whisky for another three years but that isn’t stopping them from offering the first-ever Cotswolds-sourced whisky to people a few years early. The distillery has set aside 5000 bottles of the whisky for purchase when it is ready to be bottled in October 2017 [Cotswolds will be producing the batch in September and October of this year].
Each bottle costs approximately $75 and the first 500 people to order a bottle of Organic odyssey will also receive an invitation to the distillery’s anniversary party in 2017 where they can pick up their specially-ordered bottle in person.
