I will not agree with your last statement. Every person has some or the other stress in his life. This does not validate his smoking or addiction to any such stuff which is deterimental for the health. There are many other unharmful ways of relieving stress.Although I have lots of friends who smoke a lot, I don't smoke at all. I just don't feel doing it because it has so many negative effects on our body. But on the positive side, I do hear a lot that smoking can help remove stress.
