It Would Have To Be

I personally would prefer a good beer garden over a night club anyway. Brooklyn has a few fun ones. I much rather sit and talk with friends over local craft beer as opposed to a loud sweaty club.

Honestly, a beer garden sounds a lot more appealing to me as well. Night Clubs have never been my thing. Sitting down and enjoying your time is more appealing than fighting to make it to the bar. I also love to sit and enjoy local breweries as well.
 
We have a few beer gardens around here through the summer months when there are festivals going on. They can be a lot of fun. It is a much more relaxed atmosphere then a night club. Most of the summer though I am off camping somewhere having a few cold ones around a fire. That beats everything! :)

We have the same here. It seems like Summer is the best time of year for beer festivities. I'd love to see a winter beer garden, but I don't see it happening any time soon. The relaxation of everything is wonderful!
 
There not much happens around here through the winter months. Most people don't venture out too far. They would much rather stay home where it is warm and cozy.

I can understand wanting to stay home. The best thing that we have here is "Festival of Lights" and that brings a lot of tourists in for the holidays. Sadly, there is no alcohol involved.
 
"Festival of Lights" sounds beautiful. I guess it would be a family event or alcohol wouldn't be allowed. Nice to have something like that though through the holidays.
 
The night life in Jamaican can get pretty wild at times, that is if you know which clubs and parties to go to.

I have heard that from many of my friends who have vacation in Jamaica. I have never been there but would love to go someday. My niece got married there and she loved it there. They had a blast checking out the clubs and parties!!

I am with you on that one. I enjoy house parties over going out to clubs, too. It is nice to be able to talk. When you go to clubs there is so much noise and the music is so loud that you have to yell to be heard. It takes all the fun out if. I prefer something more relaxing and more fun.

I've been saying that since I turned 25. I think clubs are overrated. They're fun when you are 21, and a nice place if you are a girl who likes to dance. They're usually small, crowded and pricy. There are some nice clubs, but I think I rather go to bar, a house or a beer garden

Unfortunately, I'm in the States (Pittsburgh) and not yet 21, so my pub options are very limited to one certain bar which serves minors - which obviously I'm not going to name for their safety. And while the whole place is really kinda seedy, it does have some great alcohol available - or maybe I'm just trying to get drunk XD

Well when you are underage and you are going to bars then that is usually what it is all about..lol
 
Oh, completely! But still, it's nice to occasionally go to a nice bar, which are becoming increasingly difficult to get into ... Maybe I should stop hanging out with such youthful faces hahaha

Well, I live in Indiana, and basically the whole city here shuts down at midnight! Up until a couple years ago, we didn't even have fast food places to go to to get a burger after any type of bar. If I had my choice, I would love to go to a great club downtown Atlanta or Miami! Something that has great music and good vibes! It would be a great change from all the honkey bars around here.
 
Wow that is crazy that everything closes down at midnight. That is just when the party is getting starting. People usually don't go out to the clubs until 10-11. Here they close at 2 but there are some after hour bars and a lot of the restaurants are open 24 hours.
 
It is crazy, and one of the reasons I think house parties and bonfires are so popular here. When you host your own, there is no set time frame that you have to go home. It is nothing like what you see on tv. There are not people partying outside of bars or lines to get into them. I have never been to a bar or club that was over crowded.
 
I have been to a few clubs that have been overcrowded and they aren't much fun. You can't even move around with bumping into people and it get so loud and drunk people falling all over the place. It is nothing like TV makes it look. I like having parties cause like you said you can party as long as you want and there are no set hours. Many a nights I have partied until the sun came up.
 
I don't know much about the Night Life here in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa, but I hear that is it way too crowded and very very loud, so loud that you cannot even hear yourself think, let alone the bartender ;p.
I would rather prefer to go to a Pub, where you can at least hear your friends and the table next to you. Where they play live music to tap your feet to and it has a great atmosphere about it.
Or I would rather just go to a friends house or stay home with a few good mates and we make our own enjoyment, whether it be playing games, chatting or making pizza ,) That is what I consider a good night out.
