Russian Cigars?

I recently read a reference to Russian cigars. I never really though of them being produced in the RF, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

Has anyone sampled Russian cigars? How did you like it? Any you didn't care for?

I didn't know they had such a thing. I probably wouldn't be adverse to trying them but they don't sound like they would really be that enjoyable. I wasn't sure that Russia would have the right climate to grow tobacco but it is an enormous country, with diversity.
 
As a general rule of thumb I think I try to avoid anything Russian at this point. It is nothing against them personally, but I don't know, I cannot really think of anything that they specialize in. I guess I would be willing to give them a try, but I would not expect too much.
