Whiskey Flask

I have never owned one but there was a time there were a lot of people that used to walk around with one. Do you have a whiskey flask?

I don't think I have a whisky flask .but I do have a wine bottle carrier. I have all kinds of stuff, I am suprised I don't have one as a matter of fact. This is just something I could use,

I own a Whiskey Flask, but I have never used it. I can't think of a reason to use a flask that wouldn't make me feel like an alcoholic. The only time I could see myself using my flask is if it was simply to store my whisky and want a fancy way to drink alongside friends. It's somewhat of a novelty for me. I really have no use for it, but I wouldn't mind using it.

Yeah, there is a bit of a stigma associated to it. It's a pity because they are really cool.

My dad always carries a whisky flask with him, he always tells me that you never know when you need one. I've never owned one personally but I get the appeal of it.

I have a flask, but I agree with other posters when they say that there's something about a flask that just screams "drinking problem." Personally, I think flasks are very old school Hollywood glamour. I'm quite certain the only drinking problem I really have is one mouth and two hands. I've also purchased a few monogrammed flasks as gifts and every time the receiver seemed genuinely happy about the gift.

My friend bought me a flask that read "breakfast" when I was in college. I had fun and a laugh when it opened, but I would never fill it and take it out. I was too scared to get caught by the cops.

Well you could always argue that it just disinfectant, and the best way to treat an infection is from the inside out. :D

I have a small booze flask, but don't carry it around as it stays in a dresser drawer. It is a little stainless steel type and I normally have it filled with a little Johnny Walker. It's rare I take a belt from said, but it is nice to have.

I kind of think the only place I might use a whiskey flask would be at a sporting event, or a long hike or something. I guess I like the idea of having one more than actually using it. As a matter of fact, I don't think I have ever even used my wine bottle carrier.

It really is a pity. I have witnessed someone fitting the stereotype and decided that I never wanted to look a certain way in public. A friend of mine busted out his whisky flask in the middle of a Wendy's, adding Whisky to his soda. It was really embarrassing, since we were grabbing a bite to eat prior to seeing a movie. That was the first time I saw someone use a flask in a way that just looked trashy. I tend to avoid my flask like the plague, ha ha.

I can imagine, just saying you have a flask is enough for people to give you a second look. I still think they are a good idea if you go to a concert. All you have to do is buy a cup of pop and the worlds your oyster. I think it's the only setting you can still get away with it.

I use to have one many years ago in my younger that I would take with me whenever I was going on an adventure. ;) I haven't used it in years though and I am not even sure if I would know where to find it. You got me wondering now. I will have to see if I can find it. It would probably be something good to have for our camping trips. :)

I have a couple friends with a flask, but I don't usually feel the need to sneak a flask around. If I want to drink, I'll make myself a drink and drink it. I also feel like drinking out of a flash is kind of a pain because the opening is usually way to small. I usually have to end up pouring it directly into my mouth. I'd rather just drink out of a glass.

There was a time it was common place but you don't see that many people walking around with flasks anymore. I think the fact that you can get booze practically anywhere is killing off the use of the flask.

I have one that I keep in my bag. It's not the normal ones that everyone is used to seeing, though. Mine is a novelty one and no one knows what it is until they see me drinking from it. My friends always have a good laugh when I take it out.

These flasks come with many designs today-and you can get anything printed on them these days-so you might look very hip at a college football game when you pull it out of your pocket or when you are on a hike with yur friends as well! I could see that you might even want to start collecting flasks-like the volkswagen one below?

No, I don't own one, since I don't drink often anyway, so obviously I don't need to carry whisky with me when I go out.

Well even though it looks nice and might be useful to others, i don't carry whiskey so i have no use for it.

I have only a couple and even though i wasn't intending on buying a new one, the fact that it's volkswagen is intriguing.
