I'm an awful cook... Let me just start with that.
But there's one particular dish here in Portugal that is renowned for using beer in it's recipe, as well as being something you absolutely must wash down with beer.
It's "Francesinha":
I'm sure that you'll be able to find the recipe online if you want to...
But it's pretty much bread, all kinds of meat, and melted cheese on top. The sauce has beer in it.
Other than that, can't really think of anything.
Most of my beer is in a bottle, a can, or a glass
