You could check out this old school bar called Kelly's Olympian Bar-which has lots of neon and old road signs also motorcycles- and also you can grab a bite to eat here as well. Since its also one of the oldest eateries in Portland,Oregon- opening back in 1902 - I would say you could check this old place out(theme bar), if you are looking for a simple kind of neighborhood bar.
