The Clydeside Reveals First Peated Whisky – Fortnight
Lowland-based The Clydeside Distillery has released Fortnight – their first peated single malt whisky – joining the distillery’s core range of Lowland single malts.
The Clydeside Fortnight originates from 100% Scottish barley malted with Highland peat, combined with water from nearby Loch Katrine, was matured for a minimum of six years before being bottled at 46% alcohol by volume [92 proof] and is said to contain notes of citrus, honey peat and vanilla.
The Clydeside Fortside is being made available for $50 per bottle.
