2005 Cu Bocan Is Released On Unsuspecting Public
The Tomatin Distillery has released a limited 2005 vintage edition of its peated Cù Bòcan single malt Scotch whisky.
The Highland whisky is bottled at 50% alcohol by volume [100 proof] and has been matured in former bourbon and sherry casks. The 2005 Cu Bocan is said to possess notes of apples, butterscotch and candy as well as the expected peat smoke.
The 2005 Cù Bòcan will be available for $70 per bottle [in only 11,400 bottles] worldwide.
