Orphan Barrel Begins Releasing Their Rhetoric

Orphan Barrel Distillery will begin their progressive release of their Rhetoric Whiskey. This year, the distillery will release their 20 Year-Old offering this month and in July 2014. Rhetoric Whiskey comes from forgotten craft whiskey stocks and, in the case of the Rhetoric 20, specifically from stocks of the Stitzel-Weller facility in Louisville. Rhetoric 20 Year-Old is said to contain an apple nose, vanilla taste notes with a cherry blossom and bitter chocolate finish.

Rhetoric 20 Year-Old will run you $85 per bottle and Orphan Barrel Distillery has already planned for a 2015 release of Rhetoric 21 Year-Old.
