Ballantine’s Celebrates Gorillaz And Kiss With Whisky
Ballantine’s has added Gorillaz and Kiss to their True Music Icons series lineup – honoring UK-based Gorillaz and USA-based Kiss with a pair of new limited edition whiskies celebrating their contributions to global music culture. Gorillaz and Kiss now join Elton John, John Lennon, AC/DC and Queen in the series lineup.
Ballantine’s True Music Icons Gorillaz honors Gorillaz – created by Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett, and featuring four digital Gorillaz band members: Murdoc Niccals, 2D, Russel Hobbs, and Noodle.
Ballantine’s True Music Icons Kiss, consisting of Peter Criss, Ace Frehley, Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley are honored as much for their rock music as for their unique black and white face painting stylings.
Both Ballantine’s True Music Icons’ new limited editions are being made available in select markets worldwide beginning in October 2025.
