Brora Reveals 40-Year-Old For 200-Year-Old Party
Highland distillery Brora has released a special 40-Year-Old single malt Scotch whisky – one of their most elderly spirits – to celebrate the upcoming 200th anniversary.
Brora 40-Year-Old has emerged from American oak hogshead casks and comes from the so-called “age of peat” when whiskies were heavily peated and were being “primarily in blends.”
Only 1,819 bottles of Brora 40-Year-Old are being made available for $5,440 per bottle.
