Islay distillery Bruichladdich has released the 10th and newest installment in their Black Art whisky series – intentionally designed to be a mystery-sourced limited edition with only the head distiller knowing the recipe to Bruichladdich Black Art Edition 10.

What is being released about Bruichladdich Black Art Edition 10 is that it is an unpeated 29-year-old single malt created using pre-renaissance casks from Bruichladdich Distillery that have been maturing exclusively on Islay for those 29 years, bottled at 45.1% alcohol by volume [90.2 proof] and is said to contain notes of chocolate, ginger, lemon, praline and vanilla.

Bruichladdich Black Art Edition 10 is being made available at the official website [bruichladdich.com] for $445 per 700ml bottle.
