Canadian whisky-maker Forty Creek has issued The Forager Botanical Whisky.

Forty Creek’s The Forager Botanical Whisky began life as a Canadian whisky initially aged for three years before additional aging and then the addition of select botanicals handpicked in eastern Canada by professional foragers who practice sustainable harvesting methods [according to Forty Creek]. The list of botanicals include juniper berries, labrador tea, spruce tips, mugwort and sweet fern. Forty Creek The Forager Botanical Whisky is said to contain notes of citrus, herbal tea and pine.

Forty Creek The Forager Botanical Whisky is being made available for $25 per bottle in the Canadian provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Ontario.
