Glen Scotia Debuts 30-Year-Old Sherry Cask-Matured Whisky

Campbeltown distiller Glen Scotia has released a 30 Year Old sherry cask-matured single malt whisky.

Glen Scotia 30 Year Old was aged in European oak hogshead sherry casks, bottled at 50.8% alcohol by volume [101.6 proof] and is said to contain notes of cinnamon, coffee, dark chocolate, lavender and violet.

Only 500 bottles of Glen Scotia 30 Year Old are being made available for $1,100 per 700ml bottle.
