The Glenlivet Fires Off The Winchester Collection

The Glenlivet has fired off The Winchester Collection – a series of 50-Year-Old Speyside single malt Scotch whiskies – with the upcoming release of a Vintage 1964 bottled at 42,3% alcohol content [84.6 proof]. The Glenlivet will release an undetermined number of whiskies in the series but the next whisky up for release is the Vintage 1966.

100 bottles of Vintage 1964 of The Glenlivet Winchester Collection will be available for $25,000 per bottle beginning in October 2014.
