Glenmorangie Unveils Grand Vintage 1989
Highland distillery Glenmorangie has unveiled The Grand Vintage Malt 1989 – the second release from the Highland distillery’s Bond House No. 1 Collection.
The Grand Vintage Malt 1989 is a 27-year-old single malt partially aged in Côte-Rôtie red wine casks – the result has the whisky reportedly containing notes of pepper, baked apples and buttery fudge.
The single malt joins the distillery’s inaugural Bond House No. 1 Collection release – Glenmorangie Grand Vintage Malt 1990 – which was released in 2016.
Glenmorangie’s Grand Vintage Malt 1989 will be available beginning on April 6, 2018 for $775 per bottle.
