Hidden Barn Does A Slow Fade
Hidden Barn Bourbon has released Slow Fade – the 10th and latest offering in their Series One lineup – with Slow Fade being so named for its claimed sweet, slow fade on the finish.
Hidden Barn originates from the Neeley Family Distillery and Slow Fade is a blend of five-to-six-year-old barrels from the distillery, features a mashbill consisting of 70% corn, 20% rye and 10% malted barley, was double pot distilled after fermenting with wild-crafted Appalachian yeast, before being bottled at 53.25% alcohol by volume [106.5 proof] and is said to offer notes of brown butter, black cherry, dark cacao and hazelnut.
Hidden Barn Slow Fade is being made available for $80 per bottle at the Neeley Family Distillery in Kentucky as well as online, and at retailers in various states.
