Highland Park Unveils Third Entry In Cask Strength Series

Highland Park, based in the Orkney Islands, has released Highland Park Cask Strength Release No. 3 – a single malt that is the third entry in their Cask Strength series.

Highland Park Cask Strength Release No.3 was made with a higher amount of Orkney peated malt than previous entries in the series, matured in first-fill sherry-seasoned American and European oak casks, as well as a few refill casks, bottled at 64.1% alcohol by volume [128.2 proof] and is said to contain notes of honey, mango, peat smoke and vanilla.

Highland Park Cask Strength Release No.3 is being made available for $100 per bottle.
