Jim McEwan’s Signature Collection Revealed
Scottish independent bottler Dramfool has released the Jim McEwan Signature Collection – a range of nine editions of three Islay whiskies (27 in total), each containing a Bruichladdich, Port Charlotte and Octomore – and named after the man who revived the Bruichladdich distillery. Bottles numbered one to 20, and number 88, from editions one and two of the new collection will be auctioned by Whisky Auctioneer from March 1-15, 2021.

Only 299 bottles of Port Charlotte 2007 were bottled at 60.9% alcohol by volume [121.8 proof] which was matured in a first-fill Bordeaux cask and is said to contain notes of grapes, peat smoke and coastal wildflowers.
