Kingsbarns Debuts Balcomie Whisky

Kingsbarns Distillery has released their new Balcomie whisky – named after the Balcomie Castle in the distillery’s home of Fife.

Kingsbarns Balcomie was matured in ex-Oloroso American oak sherry butts from Jerez, Spain, bottled at 46% alcohol by volume [92 proof] and is said to contain notes of dark chocolate, dried apricot orange peel and roasted hazelnut.

Kingsbarns Balcomie is being made available for $65 per bottle from the Kingsbarns’ website.
