Maker’s Mark Reveals Wood Finished Bourbon

Maker’s Mark has released their wood-finished Bourbon with a lengthy name – Maker’s Mark Wood Finishing Series 2019 Limited Release: Stave Profile RC6.

Maker’s Mark 2019 RC6 – that’s what WC is going to call it – was finished in a barrel holding 10 ‘RC6’ American oak wood staves before being bottled at 54.1% alcohol by volume [108.2 proof] and is said to contain notes of fruit and spice [attributed to the RC6 staves].

Only a mere 255 bottles – truly a limited edition – of Maker’s Mark 2019 RC6 are being made available for $60 per bottle.
