New York’s Great Jones Collabs With NY Winery For Bourbon

New York City-based distillery Great Jones Distilling has collaborated with Long Island-based Wölffer Estate Vineyard to create Great Jones x Wölffer Estate Cask Finished Bourbon.

Great Jones x Wölffer Estate Cask Finished Bourbon is a blend of four-to-seven-year-old straight bourbon finished for more than a year in the Estate’s Caya Cabernet Franc barrels, bottled at 44% alcohol by volume [88 proof] and is said to offer notes of dark cherry, date, fig, pepper and vanilla.

Great Jones x Wölffer Estate Cask Finished Bourbon is being made available for $50 per bottle throughout New York state.
