Amber Beverage Purchases Walsh Whiskey
Luxembourg-based Amber Beverage Group (ABG) has acquired Irish whiskey producer Walsh Whiskey for an undisclosed amount, effective immediately. Walsh Whiskey was established in 1999 by husband-and-wife team Bernard and Rosemary Walsh and is primarily known for The Irishman and Writers’ Tears whiskies. This will be the first Irish whiskey in the portfolio of the Amber Beverage Group.
