World Celebrates International Beer Day
The world celebrates International Beer Day today – August 7, 2026 – and beer behemoth AB InBev took time out from their busy money-making schedule to release a “Cheers to Beer” promotional campaign featuring all of their beers.
The 90-second promo showcases several of their high-profile beers such as Stella Artois and Michelob Ultra in a variety of scenarios including a country-western bar, an online date, a football match, various couples and runners celebrating the end of a marathon.
Some studies have indicated that, for those of legal alcohol drinking age worldwide, beer and other alternative, non-traditional adult beverage produced by breweries (such as RTDs) account for nearly half of global beverage alcohol servings in 2025.
