Smokehead Goes Terminado

Ian Macleod Distillers has released Smokehead Terminado – an Islay single malt whisky finished in tequila casks.

Smokehead Tequila Cask Terminado was finished in tequila casks, bottled at 43% alcohol by volume [86 proof] and is said to offer notes of barbecued pineapple, blood orange, lime, peach and toffee.

Smokehead Tequila Cask Terminado is being made available via both Amazon and the official site [smokehead.com] for $85 per 700ml bottle.
