The Spirit Of Yorkshire Doubles Down On Filey Bay

Remember when The Spirit of Yorkshire debuted Filey Bay – their inaugural single malt whisky – back in October 2019? No? Well, they did – and now they have released their second offering – Filey Bay Second Release [granted, not exactly the most creative name].

Filey Bay Second Release was matured in several bourbon casks and a single sherry cask, bottled at 46% alcohol by volume [92 proof] and is said to contain notes of caramel, citrus and vanilla ice cream.

Only 6,000 bottles of The Spirit of Yorkshire’s Filey Bay Second Release are being made available for $65 per 700ml bottle.
