Amigos Look Different This Week
Usually when you drink enough tequila, your eyes begin inventing things for you to see. Since Amigos is only a mere tequila-flavored beer, it may take longer – but that’s not stopping brewer owner Ardagh from getting a jump on what you see by changing the label of the popular beer by making it look more authentic with Aztec influences. Amigos is already one of the fastest-growing flavored beers on the market today with a target audience of those fun-loving [read: poor decision-making] 18-24-year-old demographic groups. The 5.5% alcohol beer has tequila flavoring – though not likely to be Patron – with a hint of limes [purportedly South American limes].
Amigos is currently available primarily in international markets and in limited locations throughout the USA.
