Glenfarclas Reveals 70-Year-Old
Speyside-based Glenfarclas Distillery has released their most elderly whisky to date – a 70-year-old single malt.
Glenfarclas 70 Years Old was matured in a single first-fill sherry cask, bottled at 42.9% alcohol by volume [85.8 proof] and is aid to offer notes of coffee, dark chocolate and peat smoke.
Only a mere 262 bottles of Glenfarclas 70 Years Old are being made available for a mind-boggling $26,835 per bottle.
