Glenfiddich Bottles Up Aston Martin Formula One Car In London
On the eve of the 2026 United States Grand Prix in Austin, Texas, Glenfiddich has put a replica Aston Martin Formula One race car inside a giant Glenfiddich Scotch whisky bottle in London’s King’s Cross Station to celebrate the collaboration between the distillery and the Aston Martin Formula One Team.
Glenfiddich’s ‘Car in a Bottle’ is a full-size replica of an Aston Martin Formula One car inside a 15-metre-long Glenfiddich bottle and will be on display throughout today – Saturday, October 24, 2026.
Additionally, tastings of Glenfiddich and the Aston Martin Formula One team’s newest 16-year-old single malt will be offered to “Car in a Bottle” viewers until 8:30 pm today.
The Glenfiddich & Aston Martin Formula One Team 16-Year-Old Limited Edition was matured in a combination of first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, Port pipes, Oloroso sherry casks, wine casks, and fino sherry butts, bottled at 43% alcohol by volume (86 proof) and is said to contain notes of marzipan and toffee.
The Glenfiddich & Aston Martin Formula One Team 16-Year-Old Limited Edition is being made available for $100 per 700ml bottle.
