Cotswolds Adds Fifth Whisky To Harvest Series

England-based Cotswolds Distillery has released Round Hill Harvest – the fifth whisky in their Harvest Series, which celebrates the local countryside.

Cotswolds Round Hill Harvest was matured in a blend of former maple syrup and ex-peated whisky quarter casks along with a single Oloroso sherry hogshead, bottled at 55% alcohol by volume [110 proof] and is said to contain notes of fruit, maple and wood.

Only 1200 bottles of Cotswolds Round Hill Harvest are being made available for $145 per 700ml bottle.

Cotswold Round Hill Harvest becomes the fifth whisky in the Harvest Series, joining Golden Wold, Flaxen Vale, Amber Meadow and Wychwood Harvest.
