A Few Bottles Of Laphroaig 19-Year-Old Arriving From Cask 88
Independent whisky bottler Cask 88 has gotten their hands on a cask of 19-Year-Old Laphroaig single malt whisky and transformed it into a few bottles of single malt whisky.
Cask 88’s 19-Year-Old Laphroaig 2001 Single Malt: Cailleach Beira [mother of all deities in Scottish mythology] Scotch whisky was finished in a first-fill Château Léoville-Las Cases Bordeaux barrique, bottled at 53.9% alcohol by volume [107.8 proof] and is said to contain notes of black cherry, smoked paprika and, of course, the signature burning peat.
Only 258 bottles of Cask 88’s 19-Year-Old Laphroaig 2001 Single Malt: Cailleach Beira Scotch whisky are being made available to purchase online through cask88.com and whiskyfoundation.com for $600 per 700ml bottle.
