London-based Bimber Distillery has released seven whiskies – six of them from single casks.

The lone non-single cask release is Bimber’s Batch 001 Ex-Bourbon Oak Casks single malt, matured four years in American oak ex-bourbon casks, bottled at 51.8% alcohol by volume [103.6 proof] and is said to contain notes of apricot, green apple and pepper.

Only 1,948 bottles of Bimber batch 001 Ex-Bourbon Oak Casks single malt are being made available for $82 per 700ml bottle.
