Copenhagen Raises The Fifth In Raw Series

Denmark-based Copenhagen Distillery has released the fifth edition of their Raw series of single malt whiskies – made with organic Danish barley – and celebrating five years since the initial release in the series [Copenhagen Distillery was established in 2014].

Copenhagen Distillery Raw No. 5 is a single malt whisky made with 100% organic Danish barley, matured in toasted, virgin Hungarian oak casks, bottled at 59.7% alcohol by volume [119.4 proof] and is said to impart notes of cloves, coconut, molasses, vanilla and white pepper.

Only 1351 bottles of Copenhagen Distillery Raw No. 5 are being made available on the official Copenhagen Distillery website for $210 per 700ml bottle.
