Copper & Kings Shack Up With Few To Produce Brandy

Kentucky-based Copper & Kings has joined with Chicago-based Few Distillery to produce Chicago American Brandy matured in rye whiskey barrels.

Chicago American Brandy has been bottled at 54% alcohol by volume [108 proof] with brandy averaging eight years in age maturing for two years in rye whiskey barrels to produce a spirit that is said to contain notes of fruit, honey and pepper.

Chicago American Brandy is being made available in Chicago, New York City and Kentucky for $50 per bottle.
