Fielden Reveals Hazybower

English whiskymaker Fielden has released Hazybower – the second installment in their Fieldnotes Collection which highlights the wild herbs and flowers that grow naturally in England’s fields.

Fielden’s Hazybower is a rye whisky consisting of a blend of heritage rye, wheat and barley, matured in American oak casks [with a portion also matured in Hungarian oak sweet wine casks], bottled at 46.3% alcohol by volume [92.6 proof] and is said to contain notes of citrus, clover and honey.

Only 1,000 individually numbered bottles of Fielden’s Hazybower are being made available beginning on August 6, 2025 [on Fielden’s official website] for $140 per bottle.
