Glasgow Finishes Off Prometheus Series With 30-Year-Old
Glasgow Distillery has finished off their four-expression Prometheus Series with a 30-Year-Old Speyside single malt whisky [which joins the 26-, 27- and 28-year-olds already in the series.
Glasgow Distillery’s Prometheus 30 Years Old is a peated whisky matured in sherry butts, bottled at cask strength of 51.8% alcohol by volume [103.6 proof] and is said to contain notes of orange marmalade, raisin and walnut.
Only 544 bottles of Glasgow Distillery’s Prometheus 30 Years Old are being made available for $1,640 per 700ml bottle.
