Glenmorangie Offers Signet Reserve
Glenmorangie has released Signet Reserve single malt whisky, finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks as a successor to the original Signet, which was originally launched in 2008 and was inspired by ‘freshly brewed Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee’.
Glenmorangie Signet Reserve was initially aged in a collection of ex-bourbon, sherry and virgin oak casks before being finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, bottled at 46% alcohol by volume [92 proof] and is said to offer notes of chocolate truffles, toffee, fudge and tiramisu.
Glenmorangie Signet Reserve is being made available for $445 per bottle on the distillery’s website and visitor center, as well as in London Heathrow airport and other select outlets.
