Kilchoman Unveils Full Fledged Islay Sherry Cask
Kilchoman has released Kilchoman 100% Islay Sherry Cask Matured – an 11-year-old single malt whisky originating from 100% Islay-grown barley and subsequently matured in a sherry cask.
More specifically, Kilchoman 100% Islay Sherry Cask Matured were matured in Oloroso sherry casks, bottled at 50% alcohol by volume [100 proof] and is said to impart notes of fruit, smoked meat and spice.
Kilchoman 100% Islay Sherry Cask Matured is being made available for $120 per bottle.
