Montana’s Lone Mountain Ranch Resort Opens Whiskey And Cigar Den
Montana’s Lone Mountain Ranch Resort – located in Big Sky, Montana, in the southwestern corner of the state near Yellowstone National Park – has launched “The Trapper’s Den”, a restored 1915 cabin that will be employed as a haven for cigar aficionados and whiskey enthusiasts.
The Lone Mountain Ranch Resort was founded in 1915 and The Trapper’s Den was originally used as a shelter for the trappers in the area who hunted animal pelts.
The Trapper’s Den offers vintage artifacts and a vinyl record player with a curated music library alongside the resort’s featured cigar collection which includes premium brands such as Romeo y Julieta Reserva Real, Padron 3000 Natura and Davidoff Winston Churchill The Later Hour. Those who are member’s of the resort’s Auric Room are also afforded access to personalized humidors [made of repurposed ammunition cans].
The Trapper’s Den can accommodate up to eight guests indoors, with further seating for 20 on the wraparound deck and guests can also enjoy games of chess, backgammon and poker.
For the bourbon and whiskey selection, The Trapper’s Den offers Bulleit Rye, Woodfood Reserve Double Oak Bourbon and Montana’s Wild Rye Five Drops.
