A new blended Scotch whisky has emerged from Chivas dubbed Chivas Regal Extra – a product of rare whiskies in the Chivas stock and whiskies matured in Oloroso sherry casks – and carrying a 40% alcohol content [80 proof]. Chivas regal Extra will be available in global travel retail outlets beginning in March 2015.
