The Glenlivet Produces Caskmakers Whisky
Chivas Brothers-owned The Glenlivet has released Caskmakers – a whisky aged in reconstructed casks – primarily for worldwide travel retail venues.
The Glenlivet Caskmakers is a single malt whisky aged in reconstructed casks made of ex-Spanish Sherry and charred European oak barrels, bottled at 40% alcohol by volume [80 proof] and is said to offer notes of honey, pineapple and spice.
The Glenlivet Caskmakers is being made available exclusively in selected worldwide travel retail venues $225 per bottle.
