The Macallan Adds Third Whisky To Time: Space Series

Speyside-based The Macallan has released the third installment in their Time: Space series, a single malt whisky matured in sherry casks from The Macallan’s collection in Spain’s Jerez de la Frontera region.

The Macallan Time: Space Sherry Cask has been matured for a minimum of 20 years in their sherry casks, bottled at 44.8% alcohol by volume [89.6 proof] and is said to contain notes of coffee, dates and figs.

The Macallan Time: Space Sherry Cask is being made available – for the time being – exclusively at The Macallan Boutique in London’s Harrods department store until a larger distribution occurs in October 2026, at $1,475 per 700ml bottle.
